This FREE workshop will present an in-depth look at the IEP (Individual Education Program) process, including: annual and triennial IEP meetings; who must attend; what must be covered; how to develop appropriate goals to support your child’s progress in areas of need; how services and placement are determined; and strategies for preparing for and participating in IEP meetings.
Childcare registration must be completed by Friday, October 27. Registration is two part: (1) payment of $5 registration fee (which you will do when you register for the event) and (2) completion of All in Need's Child Enrollment form: https://allinneed.org/sign-up/family-forms/
Due to staffing, we can only provide a spot for one child who needs 1:1 care for this event.
In order to secure a spot for a childcare, one AiN Child Enrollment form (per family) is required by Friday, October 27.
SEED will be unable to hold the space for families who do not have a Child Enrollment form on file with All in Need prior to the registration deadline. (If you submitted a Child Enrollment form previously, you do not need to submit another form).
If you miss the Friday, October 27, registration deadline, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on a waitlist and we will let you know if space becomes available.
